Bloomfield is a limited release of 95 residential lots, each ranging from 2000 to 4000 sqm. Located within Warragul’s south-eastern growth corridor, the project was positioned for buyers hunting a perfect spread of space, privacy and long-term value.

Penzo led the full end-to-end marketing scope for the project. Our approach centred on guiding buyers from first awareness through to decision with a customer journey designed to match how this type of product is considered and purchased. That thinking informed the structure of the campaign across the initial EOI phase, the retail launch, and the activity that followed.

To resonate with a niche market, positioning is everything. 50% of Stage 1 sold out within just 3 months, an incredible feat for the region’s most unique land offering.
